A.P.R. stands for Anti Personnel Raygun, and this is a great one, we fight over this at the Z.A.P.P.O.W. OFFICE.

It carries two passive and one active sensor which reads the targets physical make up, then computes and creates the best wavelength to stun them.
There's a dial on the side to control how long you want the target to stay unconcious....AND IT WORKS. You can turn the dial back to wake them up sooner, and it can be used with the normal number of hands, won't destroy the planet, the oceans are safe and the sensor array probably has medical applications.
