The Retrospective Kinetic  Exaggerator.

This is a relatively simple kinetic blaster. Solenoids kick small weights down the barrels, and this kinetic energy is massively increased, magnified and exaggerated by a series of onboard filters.

This force then meets the target and it generally gets pretty messy from that point.

The sight records the firefight, then, and here's the clever bit, you select the targets you want to hit, skip those that, after the heat of the moment, you realise you now regret shooting, and the programming is sent back in time, to deliver the outcome you wanted. We are presently adapting the mechanism to play roulette.
